Emilie

Emilie came to calisthenics in 2021 with a simple goal: achieving her first pull-up. It didn't stay simple for long. Once she reached ten reps, bar muscle-ups became the next challenge, and from there the sport quickly became a huge part of her life.

What kept her hooked wasn't just the strength it builds, but the endless skills to work towards and the playful approach to movement that comes with it. She'll tell you that if you're not falling over occasionally, you're probably not challenging yourself enough. That mindset took her to national-level competition in streetlifting, where she finished on the podium for three consecutive years.

Although she's currently taking a break from competition to focus on recovery and life outside the sport, her training hasn't stopped. Handstand push-ups, skill work and movement practice remain a constant.

Emilie is also a member of the Frameshakers community, which introduced her to the world of calisthenics competition. She loves helping people discover what calisthenics can offer—whether that's building strength, learning new skills or simply enjoying the process of moving well.
