Kwame has been training calisthenics in East London for over 10 years, first inspired by early YouTube videos of muscle-ups and handstand push-ups.
For the past four years, he has also competed in Streetlifting, combining classic calisthenics skills with added load and structured strength work.
His favourite movements are the 90-degree handstand push-up and the muscle-up, and his teaching focuses on helping students build the strength, control, and coordination needed to work steadily towards their own skill goals.
At Sola, Kwame’s sessions emphasise clear progressions, repeatable training, and developing real capacity rather than chasing tricks.
