This class focuses on active core strength, control, and coordination. You’ll work through exercises that connect upper and lower body, building strength that carries over into handstands, calisthenics, and everyday movement.

Expect:

  • Compression work and controlled leg lifts
  • Anti-extension and anti-rotation strength
  • Hanging and floor-based core drills
  • Clear progressions to build strength over time

Suitable for all levels, with options to scale or challenge as needed.
