A double session combining targeted mobility work with a structured introduction to gymnastics rings. Book sessions individually, or book together at a reduced price.

Session 1 (11-12.30pm): Mobility  We open with mobility work designed to support your rings practice directly. Expect shoulder, spinal and rotational work to support maintaining a rings practice plus hip mobility focused on skill-specific shapes like straddle inverts and meathooks.

Session 2 (12.40-2.10pm): Rings This session introduces the foundations of gymnastics rings training in a clear, structured way. From fundamental ring positions to exploring more advanced territory including muscle ups, levers, and straddle inverts.
