This workshop introduces the foundations of gymnastics rings training in a clear, structured, and accessible way.

You’ll work on fundamental ring positions and controlled transitions, with an emphasis on quality of movement, joint integrity, and building strength through full, supported ranges.

Suitable for those new to rings, or for anyone who’s tried them before and wants clearer technique and progression.
