A beginner-friendly calisthenics class focused on building strength through clear, skill-based progressions.

Each session includes:

  • Strength training to build fundamental pulling, pushing, and lower-body strength

  • Scalable options and coaching so everyone can work at an appropriate level

  • Introductory skill progressions

Skin the cat, shoulder stands

Designed for people new to calisthenics, or those wanting to build a solid base before progressing to more advanced skills.
