A focused mobility class centred on the hips, combining a dynamic warm-up with structured, active mobility drills.

Each session includes:

  • A dynamic warm-up to prepare the hips and surrounding joints

  • Structured drills combining active and weighted work, designed to build strength and control at end rangeActive and weighted mobility work to make new range usable

  • Time to revisit key patterns and feel progression week to week

Classes run in 6-week projects, allowing consistent work on the same movements.

Current project: Pancake
Exploring hip flexion, adduction, and spinal positioning to support a stronger, more comfortable pancake.
