A mixed-level handstand class focused on practising balance, control, and variation, with options to scale work up or down.
Each session includes:
A targeted warm-up for wrists, shoulders, and core
Handstand practice adapted to individual ability, including wall work, freestanding balance, and variations
Strength and conditioning to support endurance, control, and confidence upside down
Suitable for those who can confidently kick up to the wall, as well as more experienced practitioners looking for a more open practice.
