A full-body mobility class combining a dynamic warm-up, structured drills, partner work, and play.
Each session includes:
- A dynamic warm-up to prepare joints and tissues
- Structured drills to build control and usable range
- Partner work for feedback, resistance, or assistance
- Time to for play and exploration
Classes run in 6-week projects, with a rotating movement focus.
Current project: Backbends
Exploring spinal extension through the whole body, including shoulders, hips, and spine. Sessions build strength, control, and confidence in backbending patterns.
