A calisthenics class focused on building strength through skill-based progressions.

  • Skill-focused progressions such as shoulder stands, levers, muscle-ups, and ring work

  • Strength training to develop fundamental pulling, pushing and lower-body strength 

  • Suitable for all levels, with scalable progressions.

Current project focus (running until 15 February):

  • Kwame: Skin-the-Cat and lever progressions

  • Cathy: Shoulder stand and L-sit development
