A structured calisthenics class focused on building strength through repeatable sets and reps.

Sessions are open to both beginners and more advanced levels. They include:

  • Strength work organised into clear sets and reps, with an emphasis on dips, pull-ups, press-ups, and supporting lower-body exercises

  • Progressions and regressions, including weighted variations and band assistance, so participants can train at an appropriate level

Current project focus (February):

  • Pull-focused strength

Suitable for those building foundational strength, as well as those with experience looking to increase capacity and load.
