  • Progressive handstand drills starting at the wall, focusing on shape, alignment, and control

  • Step-by-step introductions to kicking up, with clear options to stay supported or explore brief balance away from the wall

  • Strength and stability work to help you build consistency and feel safe upside down

Designed for people new to handstands, or those who want to rebuild their foundations in a structured, supportive way.
